All Souls Night is the 4th and final book in the Blood Ties vampire series by Jennifer Armintrout.
This series is a billion times better than the Sookie Stackhouse series by Charlaine Harris and the Undead series by MaryJanice Davidson. Carrie is so much smarter and wittier than the female protagonists in those books.
In All Souls Night, Carrie and gang must conquer the evil Soul Eater, who is apparently getting super close to reaching “God” status. A bunch of characters (even a few dead ones) come back in All Souls Night to help Carrie win the battle of good vs evil.

It’s been a few years since I read book #3, Ashes to Ashes, but I found it incredibly easy to jump back in to the story and catch up. It’s like I read the other books yesterday.
Carrie gets new powers in All Souls Night, and that part of the story isn’t too far-fetched. This story is also very romantic. I’m not a big fan of reading sex scenes between two men, but even those were written tastefully.
All in all, this book concluded the series in a very satisfying way. If you’re typically into vampire series, don’t miss the Blood Ties series. They’re still timeless and enjoyable.
Other books by this author include:
- Choosing You (2014) (as Jenny Trout)
- Say Goodbye To Hollywood (2017) (as Jenny Trout)
- Nightmare Born (2020) (as Jenny Trout)
