The Untethered Soul teaches you how to transform your thoughts into more positive ones, while overcoming fear and negativity. I wish I could remember why I read this, or how I learned about it.
If at any time you need some direction in life, this book comes in handy. It teaches how to manage your thoughts, and how to practice mindfulness and be present. The author also touches on how to let go of painful memories that may be holding you back from living your very best life.

The Untethered Soul is divided into five sections:
- Awaking Consciousness. Learn how to manage the inner dialogue that constantly runs through your mind, especially that which prevents us you being productive.
- Experiencing Energy. Learn how to open up to and embrace your internal energy.
- Freeing Yourself. Learn how to separate yourself from the rest of the world in a positive, healthy way.
- Going Beyond. Learn how to break out of your comfort zone to overcome pain, and to embrace new experiences and perspectives.
- Living Life. Learn how to understand and appreciate happiness in its truest form.
This book isn’t religious, and it’s not completely spiritual, but it may read that way. It features lots of valuable science and health information that supports holistic, “whole-person” health. I think it’s timeless.
