Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang by Chelsea Handler

Chelsea Bang

Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang is the 3rd book by comedian Chelsea Handler. This book is nasty and raunchy, but if you’re into that and you like Chelsea Handler, you’ll have fun with this one. You’d probably also like The Bedwetter by Sarah Silverman.

Chelsea Chelsea Bang Bang features lots of stories about some of Handler’s various random adventures and incidents. It also includes pictures that go along with the stories, which is a bonus. Her previous books don’t feature photos, but photos make her stories much more fun and engaging.

Handler sure likes her sleeping pills, and it seems like she likes lots of other pills, too. She dedicates an entire chapter to learning how to masturbate at eight years old. Hmm. She’s a decent storyteller, even if she’s making things up.

My favorite part of the book is when she shares her thoughts about the movie “The Sisterhood of the Traveling Period,” because that’s my nickname for it, too. I highly doubt that the same pair of jeans fits all those girls because they each have different types.

And what ABOUT crotch sweat and periods? What if someone had sex the night before and didn’t shower afterward? Pants are very intimate, and I don’t think we should be sharing them. Anyway, these Chelsea Handler memoirs are okay to read.

I’ve also read and reviewed Are You There, Vodka? It’s Me, Chelsea and My Horizontal Life: A Collection of One-Night Stands.

What do you think about this book, or about the other ones?
