Exposed is the 6th book in Maggie O’Dell series by Alex Kava.
In this one, Maggie, an FBI profiler, tracks down a murderer who kills people using a strain of the Ebola virus. This case is particularly extraordinary, because Maggie must track the killer while being locked in a private cell, given she’s been exposed to the virus.
Exposed is quick, fast-paced, and undoubtedly suspenseful. All its chapters are incredibly short, and each has a cliffhanger ending that will keep you turning pages like an addict.
I think the concept of this book is unique in how Maggie tracks the killer while in solitary confinement. I also appreciate all the red herrings in this story. All in all, Exposed is not to be missed—it was a fun one!
There are 11 books in the Maggie O’Dell series. The ones that come next are:
- #7 – Black Friday (2009)
- #8 – Damaged (2010)
- #9 – Hotwire (2011)
What did you think about Exposed, did you like it?
